housemate/room mate/flatmate/cohabitant....
Hey ya'll, this is a bit of a public service announcement, well a public announcement from services (!) My mate Tim is after another housemate or two for their rad new flat in Mt Eden ASAP. Here are the details:
5 Bedroom house on St Leonards Rd, Mt Eden - very spacious. Two rooms to rent - one double room ($150 p/week) and one single room ($100 p/week). Three guys live there atm, all easy to get along with their very social and enjoy having people around a bit, looking for someone likeminded and responsible who sticks to looking after the place.
