What are you up to at NZFW this year?
Alex - We are taking street style pictures of all the amazing guests and attending all the shows.
Which designer on the NZFW schedule do you have a fashion crush on?
Mino - I really enjoyed Trelise Cooper. She had an amazing show. And also Salasai!
Alex - I really liked Salasai. The simplicity and the colours were amazing!
Mino - And the tailoring was awesome!
What do you love most about NZFW?
Mino - I think all the people having fun! Fashion is all about having fun and being confident.
Alex - Also the fact that everyone really makes an effort to really dress up!
Me - Great for street style photographers!
Alex - Yeah, really great for us!
What do you look for in your subjects?
Mino - For me its not about a particular item it's a whole aura, a feeling I get from people walking down the street. Someone who is having fun with it is what I try to capture.
Alex - Yeah it is more about a feeling. Someone can be wearing all the right things but it doesn't come together if it is in a way that isn't really them.
Mino - The thing is we not really judging people on the street. We just want to share with people what we like!
Alex - It just comes down to confidence!
